First day

So today was the first day of my new lifestyle. Basically it's hard. for whatever reason i was starving today. I had rice krispies for breakfast at like 6:30 this morning and by 8:30 i was starving so i ate my roast beef sandwich. Can i make it the rest of the day without snacking? well not the rest of the day but until dinner? only time will tell.

This is not a dieting tip, this is scientific. 6 small meals a day ... 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm small meals meaning two servings of carbs and one serving of protein (so two pieces of bread and a serving of meat, or an apple and a banana and a cheese stick) carbs counts as fruit, breads, pastas, etc. proteins are dairy and meat and veggies are free-bees unless they are high starch (potatoes, corn) then they are carbs. Not eating when your hungry will just make self-control that much harder and make you feel like a failure. And then just throw in fats/oils when you feel like it but keep them to a serving size or less and only with 3 of the meals at most.
